CEMHER micropool is completely waterproof in every layer and doesn't rely on surface sealers like other pool microcement's. This unique feature makes it completely resistant to water ingress, ensuring long-term protection against moisture damage.

ULTRA-DURABLE

CEMHER Micropool is engineered with exceptionally high compressive strength of 60MPa, making it ideal for swimming pools and submerged surfaces. Its superior strength allows it to resist heavy loads, impacts, and constant use without degrading over time. In pools, Micropool helps resist pressure from water and external forces, maintaining a durable, seamless surface even under demanding conditions.

FLEXURAL STRENGTH

Unlike traditional pool finishes such as tiles or pebblecrete, Micropool is engineered with a seamless, flexible surface that resists cracking caused by minor substrate movement. With a flexural strength of 40MPa, Micropool can better accommodate the natural expansion and contraction that occurs in Australian climates, where temperature extremes often cause traditional rigid surfaces to crack, craze, or fail over time. Its fully seamless application also eliminates grout lines and joins — the weak points that often lead to leaks and higher maintenance in tiled or pebblecrete pools — delivering a more durable, water-resistant, and low-maintenance solution for modern pool designs

SIMPLIFIED APPLICATION SYSTEM

Micropool is a multi-layered microcement system formulated for adhesion to concrete, shotcrete, pebblecrete, and ceramic tiled substrates. It is applied in three uniform coats at a nominal thickness of 1mm per layer, then one coats of CEMHER'S innovative pool sealer to optimise mechanical strength, and chemical resistance for immersed environments.
