Premium Architectural, High Performance Coatings.
After over two decades in the coatings industry as Australian installers, we grew frustrated with previous microcement and venetian plaster products that consistently failed to meet expectations. Other distributors consistently overpromise and underdeliver, supplying materials that fail to meet expected standards.
-
Driven by a passion for excellence, we embarked on a two-year journey, testing microcement from global manufacturers. Our rigorous Stage 1 testing included resistance to fire, staining, and chemicals, followed by assessments of mechanical adhesion, waterproofing, flexibility, and compressive strength. Cemher emerged as the clear superior choice across all categories, giving us the confidence to offer Australia’s best coating solution.
Cemher is the exclusive Australian distributor of Cemher materials, working closely with our manufacturer in Spain. Our sole location is on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We’ve recently discovered copycat websites attempting to mimic our brand and sell counterfeit materials. Installation
No, we do not provide installation services ourselves. As a company, our focus is on developing high-quality microcement products and delivering the best solutions for our clients.
-
However, if you need a contractor, we can recommend trusted microcement installers, we collaborate with over 600 trained businesses using Cemher. See link below to our find an installer page.
-
The installation of Cemher microcement typically takes between 3 for wall finishes and up t to 6+ days, depending on the size and complexity of the project. This timeframe ensures a thorough and precise application.
Our complete system from priming to sealing is approximately 3-5mm in thickness.
After the microcement has cured, we recommend allowing only light foot traffic for the first 14 days to ensure the surface settles properly and achieves its full strength. This precaution helps to preserve the finish and prevent any potential damage during the initial curing phase.
-
However, If trades need to access the area the floor can be covered after 3 days and lightly walked over to continue fit off, etc.
