DESCRIPTION

A crucial bonding primer for all CEMHER Microcement and CEMHER Claystone systems. Primer100 creates a residual tack (up to 8 hours) that CEMHER coatings chemically key into, delivering superior adhesion, flexibility and long-term durability on both porous and non-porous substrates.

  • Engineered residual tack: forms the bonding interface our systems are designed to grab.

  • Adhesion & longevity: reduces delamination risk and supports the system’s flexural performance.

  • System integrity: ensures correct bond to substrate and between layers (with/without mesh).

Do not substitute or omit. Third-party primers are not compatible and can compromise adhesion and system performance.

SUBSTRTAE

Substrate clean, dry, sound.

PRIMER

Roll or brush one uniform coat of Primer100

MESH

If system requires mesh, lay mesh curved side down onto the tacky primer, then roll Primer100 over to tack

DRY

Allow to tack/flash. Proceed with Cemher coats. Touch-dry ~30 mins; residual tack up to 8 hrs
